Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking.
A $250 deposit may be due at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be refunded to you 3-5 business days after the Photo Booth has been picked up.
Do I have to set up the Photo Booth myself
We provide a no hassle, seamless process/experience. Our friendly staff will set up the Photo Booth for you in a pre-designated area before the event, and then break it down afterwards! Schedule your Photo Booth here!
Can I extend the time after my initial scheduled time
If there is available time on the calendar then you can extend your scheduled time for an additional cost. Please see the rates tab for amounts to extend.
Why do I have to pay a deposit
We offer top of the line equipment at a competitive rate. This equipment is very expensive so if it is damaged, the $250 deposit covers the cost of minor repairs and damages. If the equipment is knocked over, will not stand up on its own, and/or damaged beyond repair, then it has to be replaced at market value. We suggest placing the Photo Booth in a safe place near a wall, away from heavy traffic areas.
Why do I have to provide a second contact that is not the bride or groom for weddings?
We all know that weddings can be a stressful time. The reason we request a second contact that is not the bride or the groom is that if there are additional questions, we do not want to add extra stress to the bride and groom. If there are additional questions during or after the event, we want do not want to interrupt the bride and grooms special day.
I paid for the Photo Booth rental, but the Photo Booth was damaged during my event.
